My skin has been itching since I started working out

I have been working out for a month and I tan on a daily basic and work out every day. I was wondering why my shoulders and arms have been itching. I have tried everything and it does not work. What can I do to stop this itching because it alos wakes me up at night. What do you think could be causing this and how do I stop it????

if you get itching, then immediately apply brevoxyl cream. it will reduce itching and any bumps on your skin and redness. try this cream. definetely it will progress

sounds like contact dermatitis from dirty tanning bed or equipment. go to the doctor!

tickle agrees: yes, good possibility. Tanning beds should be cleaned after every use, if not by technician, then by user. Carry a disinfectant in your bag.

tick...yes bring your own. I got it from a tanning bed who I saw them clean it. they did not use the proper ratio of cleaning agent to water. only enough was used to change the color of the water.
