    Skin discoloration of the buttocks
    I would like to know how I can make my buttocks lighter? I am a african american female that has a dark area around my buttocks and I wonder if there's any thing I can do about it.

    It is not unusual for people, particularly those with darker skin to have discoloration or uneven skin. People of color have melanocytes that are capable of making large amounts of melanin, which can cause uneven skin tone. You could try using fading creams or bleaching creams to help the fade discoloration. If that fails, you should see a dermatologist for a proper treatment.
