| sunshine, exercise, eating fruits, veggies, and grains, yoga is a good one. It's all from the inside, which people don't understand. Acne is not just blocked pores in the hair follicle blah blah, that's old textbook info that we all know, so people don't have to keep repeating it. we know!
the reason this happens is stress, diet, and eating a piece of cake will not result in a breakout! It's your inner health, your diet, your heart, your body.....if you exersise every day for a half hour and stay in the sun for that long as well (maybe running outdoors to kill 2 birds with one stone)?, and eat right for 2 weeks, I bet it will improve....try it! what do you have to lose except some pounds and those icky pimples! |
