    Air rash?
    Sometimes when cycling or walking if my arms or legs are exposed, my skin starts to itch like mad. I have absolutely no idea why this happens but after I stop exercising (providing I don't scratch) the itch goes away. Any suggestions?

    Might have to do with an increase in blood flow to the skin
