    Sore nipples with lumps
    Hey,
    Could anyone out there suggest any reasons as to why my breasts and nipples are extremely sore. I'm 19 years old and for the past week have been having major pains in both breasts and nipples. I noticed the other day that my left nipples has a pimple like bump directly underneath my nipple and it is hard. Both boobs are killing me, if something slightly touches them especially the nipples I get pains. It hasn't seemed to get any better and am too embarrassed to go to the doctors. I struggle to put on a bra and even the fabric from my teeshirts hurt it.
    Please help me.

    Could you be pregnant?
    And I would suggest you go to the doctors as embarrassing as it they may be able to give you some cream to reduce the pain, ask for a female doctor it will be short examination, and the pain will be taken away don't leave it too long as you don't know what it could be good luck
