sensitive facial skin

my facial skin is very sensitive little heat while cooking or gardening and i have very ithchy skin and small reddish eruptions.mostly i take antiallergy when ithching not bearable.i live in a mostly hot climate with few cool months .it is very boring every other day reddish blemishes i hardly have a clear skin now mostly cheeks and forehead,what to do? never had acne or any such problems.

It may seem simple but have you been to a dermatologist? They can diagnosis what is going on with your skin and give you a proper treatment to help heal and skin and keep the problem away. It sort of sounds as if you have a form of Rosacea which is marked by redness and bumps typically on the cheeks and forehead.

Your allergy medicine may not be really helping an issue on the skin.
