Red patches all over my face/body after a Bath/Shower.

Hello. I don't know if anyone can help or if they have the same problem. But after i've had a bath or a shower my face goes really really blotchy it just look's terrible and my arm's go patchy and so does my chest and back. Not so much my leg's.. Just wondering if anyone might be able to help on what it might be? It slowly fades off after 20min's! It's Awful. And is there anything that can help the situation?

Thank-you
