hypopigmentation/depigmentation of skin
are there any suggestions for the restoration of pigment or color to skin? i have "scarring" or lack of color due to eczema.

For scarring you can try using Vitamin E oil. The best one is to use from the capsules.

I know the perfect solution for scarring. Go see a professional about getting done what is called microdermabrasion. its permanent and safe
