Get enough sleep! Eat lot's of healthy vegetables like dark greens ones or orange ones. Eat fruit, lean meats, and whole wheat foods. Drink enough water. Exercise reguarly. And you could also try a skin glower: Buy Neutrogena Healthy Skin Glow Sheers Natural Radiant Look SPF 30, Bronze Glow 50 Online at drugstore.com
Use undereye cream at any age! Make sure you take great care of your skin by cleansing, exfoliating, and moisturizing. And start using anti wrinkle creams to prevent wrinkles and to create your healthy skin for you face. Make sure you use sunscreen.
What is your natural color tone in your face? Are you tan, or pale; do you have redness or acne, or an uneven skin tone, are you oily or dry, are you combination?

What do you mean by "improve"? More even color or tone? Lighter? Darker?
