I've always had sweaty/cold hands for the longest time and I know it's not because of any medical reasons. I think it's because of what I eat but I'm not sure.

It's really embarassing when my friends (or before, my boyfriend) wanted to hold my hand and than thye ask why my hands are sticky.

Please don't break my spirites if you'll suggest something liek surgery or buying an antidote that will cost over $50.

So if anyone have any suggestions i should do or conclusiosn as to why my hands are so cold and sweaty than posy away. Thank you advance.

I have had good luck with simply standing up and swinging my arms around vigorously. After a few seconds, they are warmer.

if your hands are sweaty you should hold a wet teabag or put your hands in some tea for 30 mins a day for a week or to. im not sure how, but it works
