1 tb. peroxide
1 tb. glycerine

Hmm.. where would you get glycerine though? :: confused ::

Glycerine is available in most drug stores like CVS, RiteAid, etc.

Typically comes in a brown bottle (it's affected by light).

Pale White Skin
