i have a birthmark on my chick.it darkens under the sun.doctors say it is pigmentation.
also dark hairs grow on this.can any body suggest me
1)how to permanently remove the hairs on this spot
2)how to lighten the skin


i am not getting any help. also plastic surgery is not viable.
kindly help me.
