Hello, i have an auto-immune disease called Lupus and for treatment am on a steroid called prednisone (horrible horrible stuff) one out of the many terrible, appearance altering side-effects that i am experiencing from this drug is acne. I have it in my hair line, in my eyebrows, on and around my nose, around my lips and in the middle of my chin. It really bothers me! Does any one have any good advice???

Currently i use an exfoliant, a cleanser, an astringent, a moisturizer and a night time spot-treatmnet creme.
