God i have like 5 big pimples that is making my life misrible every ones laughing at me what should i do

I'd recommend going to the store and picking up an acne facial wash. I really like Clean Clear. Wash your face two times a day. Over-washing will dry out your face and make it worse. I also use acne pads and sometimes a creme. If these don't help then go to your dermatologist.

ya but all my friends there nice clean skin. they r calling me Pizza face i cant hid them any more because my hairs short now :P

In a year they'll all have bad skin and then you can call them pizza face. Five pimples isn't that bad, you could have them everywhere.

If you don't have sensitive skin, I also recommend using neutrogena's acne cream called On-the-spot.
