    to get the payment
I was working for a company 5 days = 1 day trial, they didn't give me a contract, they said they'll give me a few days later. By the time I decided to leave the job as I wasn't happy there, and I asked the manager how he will pay me, he said he won't pay me because how I'm leaving. Later he changed his mind and he said, if I want my money I have to sign the contract. I said but why, I don't want to work for u, he said he can't put me on the payroll, if I won't dsign the contract. Idont know what to do now, I don't trust him.

Contact the labor relations board in your state. Most have laws as to how long an employer has to pay an employee after they leave.
    Good Luck !
