    Power points
    Can anyone tell me if a power point can be emailed and how would I go about doing it? Thk you:o

    Powerpoint presentations are saved as .ppt files. Locate the saved Powerpoint file, and then archive it, using Winzip, or Winrar. This will avoid the dreaded blocked email attachment that Outlook and Outlook Express implements.

    Then simply attach it to the email.:)

    Agree with HVAC888, just to add a little, you can save it as ppshow (.pps) and send attachment.
