    I am 11 years old how can I increase my height?
    Hi I am an 11 year old girl and only 1.39 while my other friends in my class are all about 1.60! They are much taller than me and I don't know how I an inrease my height! I do stretches and all but it doesn't work, Ive stayed about the same height from when I was 7! Please heelp! Thx

    You will get taller, I promise. You just have to be patient and let nature take its course. All the stretches in the world will not increase your height. It's all a matter of genetics. Is your mother tall? How about your father?

    No two children grow at the same rate, just give it time, my oldest son, actually grew two inches after he was 18.
