    NY restrictions of convicted felons?
    Can a convicted felon go to Cancun Mexico, Hawaii or Dominican Republic? Can they also buy a house and have a bank account? Please help.

    Hello c:

    Where a felon can go depends on the country he wants to travel to. Hawaii is a state, so he can go there, and I just came back from Mexico. I doubt whether the Dominican Republic will care. Of course, you can buy a house and have a bank account. In fact, the only TWO things you CAN'T do, is own a gun and vote.
