    Internet wise I presume. Wireless is basically connected through a box called a router I think. If the wire from that comes loose, then you get disconnected from the internet. Wireless enables you to go practically anywhere in your home, maybe even outside, without the trouble you get if you don't have wireless. If you want to get this, then you need to pay for the box and everything. Best to go into a computer store and work out which ones the best one for you :)
