"Get rid of" sounds kind of harsh. I assume you're the owner of the property.
You can start by telling her you would like her to leave and to set a reasonable date for her to move out - so she will have enough time to find another place to stay.

Is something wrong in the relationship? Why do you want her out so badly? Think of the reasons you want her out and express these concerns to her.

First, "getting rid of her" comes across as doing bodily harm. I suggest very strongly you don't do that.

If it is your home just ask her nicely.

Well, from experience, if they receive mail at "your" home, they are considered a resident and you will have to evict her. Not only that, the police told me if he had been staying with me for longer than 72hrs, I also had to serve eviction. Unreal yes, but true. Ohhh you can always date someone else (or pretend to).. have her over for dinner lol I bet she leaves with a quickness! Good luck hun!
