    Spouse dependent visa uk
    Hi,
    My huband as obtained a Uk work permit but currently is working in India. I would however, like to apply for a dependent visa. Can I apply for one even when my husband is still in India.
    Please let me know.

    If you plan to move together, you can apply for visa now.
