    UPC Code: 082392551568" after removing nonfunctional remote control? I can't find any manual on line which describes where the switch is located.

    I believe there is a reverse button on the remote. If the remote is nonfuctional you will need to order a new one from the manufacturer.

    The problem is, that I don't want to use the manufacture installed remote control. The solution I find, is to put the fan in the desired direction using the remote control, before dismounting it. There is no switch for manually revers installed. The built in switch is controllable only from the remote control! That I consider as a genius engineering invention of 21 century!

    Unfortunately, you have you use the manufacturer's remote with this fan. They suck.
