    Selling Home Under Bankruptcy
    I am interested in selling my home under bankruptcy. What are my successful chances of doing this and what is the best route to go about doing this.

    This will be done under the bankruptcy, call the trustee assigned to your case.

    Yes the bankruptcy trustee and/or the judge will have to approve it, and over see the sale
