What is your question? It would appear that a Vet has seen the dog and would be the best source of info - or am I missing something here?

What is actually wrong with her?
Did the vet give you any specifics or just hand over antibiotics?

    What are the antibiotics for?
Drinking more and urinating more sometimes is a sign of diabetes. Did they do bloodwork?

Not eating.. drinking a lot... peeing a lot since she is drinking more... just laying around... she got an antibiotic shot plus amoxicillian to a day for 10 days... tested her for diabetes and then said give antibiotic a chance to work... but not better and vet is closed for 3 days

What did they do to test for diabetes? Blood and urine?
I'm still unsure as to the reason your dog is on antibiotics..

I would be getting an opinion from another vet. There is bound to be another one open.

A vet that simply hands over antibiotics for a fever without finding out what is causing it is no good in my book.

The symptoms you described are too general for us to guess at what it could be.

I would get a second opinion as well. I would also get bloodwork done - even just ask them to run a glucose slide. Often times it's picked up on that faster than in the urine.

Your dog isn't on any type of steroid by any chance, is it?
