    2005 Dodge neon sxt will not start.
    2005 Dodge neon sxt will not start. Lights and everything work good, but when the key is turned the engine will not turn over. There is no click or any noise from the engine compartment ......pl:)ease help

    I would check all fuses first, also need to check voltage to Starter when Key Turned.
    I'm sure you're in Neutral.

    I'm already check the fuses and the starter volgate they all OK... somebody told me maybe the ECU?. THANKS

    Does engine turn over? Need to know is starter or Ignition problem?

    Yes turning Over when I take the relay starter of and I jump the pin 30 and 87 pin

    Will the engine run like that? If so, may be just the Relay, need to find what is missing(Switched from ignition switch, hot, ground, to starter solenoid)
    Ground may be from a Neutral switch.

    No the engine run like that... just crank the engine over but won't start

    Sounds like you have a couple of Problems, I would look for a Main Fuse, I will check for a diagram. Any Codes?

    Sounds like it "could be", I am thinking that the Starter is NOT dependent on the ECU.
    A wiring diagram will tell all.
    Do you have the Shop Manual?
    They save a lot of time and Money.
    If you have One, follow the Starter on back to Ignition.

    Could be Under Dash, In glove box, under the Hood, Maybe a Fusible Link.

    This shows the Coil and the Contacts for that relay, see what's missing.
