    What type of grass is this?
    What does Pit Grass mean or is? And why is it called Pit Grass?

    According to FSU its an invasive NON-NATIVE (Africa) grass.

    This invasive giant may appear bamboo-like with its stout, "woody" older stems.

    Thanks for your info. I misunderstood my sister and thought she said "Pit Grass", instead she meant "Tit grass". Sorry the confusion, but thanks for your help.
