    CIVIL WARRANT block passport use?
    If I leave the us and then a civil contempt warrant issues against me, can I travel between countries other than the us or will my passport be blocked?

    Passports are not "blocked" visas are blocked.
    You will have to report any warrants normally when you apply for visas between countries, this should not have much effect on most.
