    Irregularity of periods
    Hi I have irregularity of menstural cycle. Always 3 months gap is there. And the fat stores outside my belly. I'm very much tensed I'm 23. Still my periods are not regular. Tell me any advice to make it regular.

    You should talk to a doctor. Make sure everything is in working order. Birth control pills can help with irregular periods. You'd need to talk to your doc about which one might be right for you.

    Birth control pills can make it regular if you are having gaps between your periods. You may not be ovulating all the time. You should talk to a doctor though.

    Hi why birth control pills. I'm not understanding your reply. I'm unmarried. What is the role of birth c ontrol pills in the case of irregularity.
