    Probation violation in Ct.
About 10 years ago my friend slept with the wrong girl. She was underage and he wasn't. To make a long story short he was sent to jail for 4 years. Hes been out for about 2.5 years now. When he was released he had 9 years probation. He has always done what his PO has asked of him. My friend is opinionated so maybe has sassed back a little more than his should. But he's always done everything asked. He was arrested a few days ago for violationg probation. His arraignment was June 12. He has to stay in jail and he has a 350,000 bond. He goes back to court July 20th. So my question is... is he looking at jail time. Or perhaps maybe just an extended probation. HELP! I terribly miss him.:(
    THANKS!

So what crime or what violation did he do, to violate the probation ?

How seroius the violation makes a lot of difference. And in the end it is up to the judge.

Conditions for his probation were that he was not allowed to post profiles online, show any pictures of himself, no adult or any other sort of pornography. He had all of this on his computer.:(

    Hello b:

With a bond that much, they mean to do him harm. No, he's not going to come home. He needs an attorney.

I have to agree. There's really no defense for that type of violation

I will agree, it looks like they have all the evidence, so not only will there most likely be new charges, he will go back to jail ( prison) most likely for his full sentence.
