    Sex cramps
    At 61 yrs old I am getting bad thigh cramps during sex.whats the best cure.

    Daily exercise and stretching.

    Keep yourself limber by doing yoga or pilates ;)

    Do lunges, squats, heck walk more! Train your pumpers for better pumping!

    Sometimes when I get a leg cramp, I stand up and walk around a bit then switch positions (usually end up on top :P)

    If you're having leg cramps it's a sign of mineral deficiency. Try 400mg of Magnesium daily.

    Let us all remember that the OP is 61 years old. Many people in this age group are on a variety of medications. Medicine can cause cramping as described above.
