Hmmm.. I don't really know what's up. Like when I'm out I feel hyper and always laughing. Then sometimes I just feel real sad out of nowhere. Most of the time its when I'm at home at night. I don't know, the times when I have time to think? Meh I don't know. I don't think I'm depressed but can you give me some advice?

A physical by a doctor. If you've never had one, then it's probably time to have one done.

Sometimes I feel the same way.. but its because I'm bored with thingsssss... what I do is I try to take a risk (like meet new friends) or do something other than the normal routine ( like call off work and go to a party or something)... for me I just need to switch things up a little bit when I feel like that.. hope this helps
