    Land Purchase?
    I am considering purchasing a small plot of land in PA. What fees and costs will I incur besides prop. Taxes to buy this land?

    Recording fee, lawyer and/or title company fee. Tittle insurance.

    If you're borrowing the $$ to buy it... an appraisal, survey, probably liability insurance...
