    Groin rash
    My partner spilt dirty garden water on his groin area .Aweek later has a rash both sides red and purple and itches.

    Wash it twice a day with soap and water, and DRY the areas thoroughly. Keep the area DRY by whatever means you can.

    Put a call into your physician and tell the nurse the problem and see what the doctor tells you.
