Ooooh, that's tough. I have to say Lion King, I cry like a baby every time when Mufasa dies.
Second place, Little Mermaid, again, I cry like a baby in the end when she gives her Daddy a hug and says "I love you Daddy", I'm talking major water works, embarrassing when I saw it in the theatre. ;)
