    Pelvic pain
Hi everyone! I'm 24 weeks along in my second pregnancy and the last couple of days I have had increasing pelvic pain. I remember having some pelvic pain during my first pregnancy also. I just started having the pain a couple of days ago, I think it was the morning after we had sex that it started. Is is possible the pain is due to having sex and what can I due to relieve it? Thanks

I had pelvic pain quite badly when I was pregnant, I went to see the doctor & was told that my daughter had moved & was led on a nerve. It was like a sharp pain most of the time I moved. I got on my hands & knees around about the time my daughter used to move about so she had more room to move & move off my nerve. I found that worked 95% of the time.

This could be what is considered round ligament pain. Think of your pelvis and abdomen as a rubberband, it can only stretch so far. Well, your ligaments are the same way, they can only stretch so far without you having any pain.

In the end, it's always best to get the advice of your doctor or midwife.
