    Boobs and weight loss
Ive recently had dental problems and have not been able to exercise I've always been fit but fat Uk 14-16 (voluptuous I guess:) I've put on half a stone and put it on all over but particularly my breasts.
My partner thinks its fabulous I am now a 36 FF Uk. My bust feel firm and full and this is great as Im 40 soon. However I want to get fit again and I'm starting to jog again , how can I lose the weight without losing my breasts or them going saggy! Help

    Hi, fanny,
The average person needs only 2,000 calories a day (24 hrs) to not lose or gain weight.
Get a paperback Calorie book at a Food Store, Drug Store, etc, or you can find Calories in Foods online. Add up the calories you eat/drink in one day, and try cutting back to less than 2,000 calories. That will really help lose weight.
If you lose too much weight, sagging will occur, if you lose weight in your breasts. If you get "saggy skin", which is an extreme case, the only way to get rid of it is by surgery. I do wish you the best.

My wife has had her weight fluctuate by probably 25 lbs and a cup size. She's "normally" lean, but certainly noticed a difference in bra size when she gained and dropped weight.

So you might very well lose size, but that does not necessarily mean the results will be unflattering. You can also build up the muscle mass behind the breast with various exercises and weight lifting.

Plus, even when there is a reduction in breast size, the corresponding reduction in your waist and rest of your body may keep the proportions very close.

Fitness is the big thing here. Great idea to begin running again, or some other cardio program. Do some pec work with weights. That'll build your muscle base and strengthen you.

I'm guessing the only "bad" thing you'll experience is perhaps a need to buy new lingerie.
