    Car thermostate prob?
Also My 99 ford taurus, running temp dose not go up into normal range it stays down in the cool area, it only starts to go up after awhile of the car being on. Could this be that the thermostat is stuck open. And if so is it safe to run the car like this for a little while until I can get a new one?

It is fine when the car stays cool.. except for its fuel consumption would become higher..
