Is the withholding Income & SS Taxes legal?
Since there is much out there about the actual constitutional legality of the IRS and the withholding of "Income & SS" taxes... why don't more people take a stand and fight this injustice??

(I will expand on this subject more- later... but its late & I'm tired of reading)

    Hello mom:

Well, the government has lots of people with guns and prisons and they use them liberally... So, it doesn't matter too much whether you're right or not, because the government will lock you up anyway.

I think most people are afraid of that, so they comply.

The Executive Branch as well as Congress wandered off the reservation regarding the Constitution over 60 years ago. I doubt if we'll ever get back.

No kidding. There is actually an independent candidate running for presidency who wants to abolish the IRS - that alone would get my vote. Not to mention that people my age (28) and younger pay into a system that won't even be there when they get older (SS). Its ridiculous.
