    No, its like 2 60's, however at 240 volts, 60 amps will trip it.
    Are you asking if a Single pole 60 is the same, or are you asking if a double 60 is the same as a double 30?

    No, it is not. A 60 is a 60 and a 30 is a 30, whether they are single pole or double pole.
    Not that you would ever find, or have a use for, a single pole 60.
