Cant stand mother in law in my house
I was married 15 yrs ago . House was originally owned by bro in law and wife. Wife and I bought out bro in law but mother in law stayed. Before I knew wife, mother in law helped them with a down payment on house. Mother in law has no legal document or lease on home. Been with her too long. What can I do? Do I need to sell home and just not bring her with us. Im willing to do that if necessary.

If she is not on deed, she has no legal claim to the hosue, if mother in law helped your brother in law buy it, then he owes them the money after you bought them out, not you.

So evict her I f your wife is willing to. Or sell the house and inform her she will have to move by a certina date when the new owner takes over.
