Divide the watts by pf,you will get VA. Then divide by voltage(1ph) to get Amps. If 3ph divide by 1.732 xV to get Amps.

Clarify the rating of air compressor(230/460). If in delta connection it is suitable for 220V 3ph give 220V 3ph and run it.

In dc power is Vx I but in ac it is Vx I x pf.To get energy multiply by hrs.The kvh or energy meter is made to measure kwh. In DC there will be no kVA but in ac you get KVA,KW & KVAr.
