I live in Canada by the way, Ontario and the person who was growing it did not call the cops, There were undercovers at the scene already

I got caught stealing a pot plant from a backyard. The plant had no buds on it, and they say its over 30 grams... I am a first time offender of 19 years old... what will I expect from my court dates...
