Salicyclic is for very oily skin and for those who have acne. It actually get rid of acne... altho you have to be careful if you have dark skin. You can try glycolic 30% or lactic 40%... you should...

Oh no fairr, RA 0.1% three times a day is far too much... Once a day (night) is good enough if your skin can tolerate it; otherwise either use it every other day or change to a lower concentration...

I was going to suggest Retin A for the oiliness and early signs of wrinkle but since you're going to be exposed to the sun for long hours, it might not be too convenient and will most likely result...

It is usually advised to use either RA or glycolic but not both together... And since you're trying to even out your skin, why don't you start with a series...

Maybe a lower % of sepiwhite and adding some exfoliants might counter the side-effects you mentioned...
