Yeah they do that's why I warned them to be careful how they use.. I suggest for short term.. otherwise you will be stuck with ligher skin and stretch marks...

I say do what makes you happy... I have friends who haven't seen me in years and when they do see me they give me that weird look and say" you look different/lighter" its awkward at times...

Arbutin is not that strong,it gives a brightening effect and can lighten up to one shade nothing more..

Since you are not looking for overrall lightening I suggest the african gel,its strong and should lighten the scars very well.let me know how things go!
