Ok, first of all I am installing this in my own home.
I have Khars T&G free floating that is 7 7/8 wide. To have it lock together it needs to be at a 45' angle and then pushed in to the other...

I know that deck is not very high and you said you are skipping a permit. But just because you don't get a permit does not mean you can not built the deck to code.
On attaching the leader board,...

True...
Just got off the phone with my plumber and the home owner and she does not want to pay any extra to make it right. I kindly told her it is this way or no way. She then suggested...

Ah.. I get it now.
I also just took another look at the job and I guess the house was built in 1958. The lower bath was added latter, hence why it is not right.
Also, the wet venting pipe is...

Umm, I don't think the kitchen sink was added later. House was probably built in the 70's. (trust me, nothing has been done to it as it still has orange/green carpet!).
One thing I forgot to add...

Went a took a look at a bathroom today and I have a question.
About two months ago A "handyman" came and replaced the leaking kitchen sink drain pipe above that also is a wet vent to the bath sink...

I don't have them in front of me but from what I can remember they are a normal size brick, they also have the 3 round holes punched out in them.
Thanks for your response

As you can see I am temporarily supporting it by 4x6’s, before it was resting half on the old side walk with two of the bricks sitting in there lose. When whom ever poured the first side walk they...

Oops, I was thinking of a pressure reducing saddle, But you it will still work fine
-
There is nothing wrong with using the plastic pipe, as there is little pressure going through it for the saddle were they taped into the copper from. Although I like to use the copper myself, there...
-
Did you happen to notice this over time or did it just happen since you were gone?
If overtime, most likely the galvanized pipe is corroding from the inside and is cutting off the water. I just...

Yep, that would work

It appears that all three of these items are feeding into the same drain line and is backing up from too much water going through the pipe as it can not handle the volume... should not be happing....
-
Mixing valve would be your handle for on/off &hot/cold, -you would need a new one that allows to to change the water from tub to shower head. In most cases will have to open up the wall to change...

By the looks of the picture self leveling concrete in my option is the best way to go, it will give you a nice flat solid base to tile on and finish grade will sit level with the toilet flange. Any...
-
Yep, if it is going to be tiled no need for a shower pan, especially that you are already on concrete. If you were tiling the floor and a second story bath you would want to lay down a water proof...
