The OL error code means that the lid is either open or something is keeping it from shutting all the way. The washer will agitate but it will not drain or spin dry.

Thanks for your response. Yes I did check the circuit breaker and all is OK. The plug is working for the dryer so I know it's not the juice to the plug.

I have a Kenmore Elite Catalyst washer (model # 11022052100) that was working fine, then the next time I went to use it I pushed the buttons to begin washing - the lights lit up - the water flowed...
