Your bobdy weight is 68kg:

68 x 20 = 1360
68 x 40 = 2720

Take between 1360mg to 2720mg...

55 x 40(mg) = 2200mg

You should take between 1100 to 2200mg l-glutathione in 3 divided doses with the double of Vit. C a day!
