Are you saying there is dirt in my boiler or the pipes? As when the plumber last came (they have been already 5times in 2weeks) they cleaned all the pipes...

My bath water is only lukewarm (35.1c) where the kitchen and bathroom sinks are red hot.
There was a new bath fitted a month ago and had loads of repairs to boiler (values) so I'm stuck on what else...
