    Sci fi movie where people have mouths for belly buttons
    I'm trying to remember a movie that I've only seen once and it was in the early nineties. I have no idea who was in it or any part of the title. Okay here is what I remember...
    It takes place on a university campus in a lab, the scientist ends up creating people with mouths instead of belly buttons, and the movie plays out weird from there and I can't remember much else...

    I too am trying to figure this out. I'm pretty sure nukem high is not it. It was on USA's Up All Night if that helps. Let me know if you find it.
