looking for a title of a novel about a girl possibly enslaved on another planet...or on earth by aliens. her master/owner was a fish or lizard-like man creature. i'm pretty sure he could breathe underwater. i think his skin was blue or green. i read this book in the early 90's, but it was an old copy and appeared to be from the early 80's or even 70's
